Public Administration- Research Paper

I need the outline and if possible drafts, so it can help me to rewrite upto the actual research paper. I will like to combine my own paper with this one. I really need to get an A paper, I’m fearful the professor said he will scan for plagiarism with turnitin site. I will like to have a 10 page instead of the 12-15 page in the actual instructions. APA style research paper. Please I need the 15 articles for the literature review. My question is Does parental involvement in school activities influence the performance of a child and learning outcomes? If possible, I’m here near LA, CA , have local article of los Angeles. I have 3 articles at the moment. Please inquire about my paper if it can be done. Thank you for your consideration.
