Step 1 (already finished defining the project):

Project:

Is it feasible to open a high-end buyer’s store(a multi-brand boutique) in downtown Summerlin. The specific place will be in the Downtown Summerlin shopping center. It is a shopping center that you can get everything you want in that area, such as grocery, retail, and restaurants. What’s more, the location is very convenient that it is located by the freeway I-215.

There are two demand generators that I can think of, they are listed as following.

First is the shopping mall itself. Since it is located by the I-215, people who live in Southwest area and Summerlin area could come to this shopping center very easily. They could spend a day in this shopping center and finish all their shopping in one day. While they are shopping, they might walk by my luxury buyer’s store and come in to increase my sales.

Second is the community. Summerlin area is known as a beautiful, peaceful or even “fancy” community. People who choose to live in this area pursue the quality of living, which they are more likely to spend more money on their outfit, furniture, and some living necessity. Opening a luxury brand buyer’s store in this area would drive up the sales.

After defining the project, describe in approximately 3-5 sentences each what data you would need for each of steps 2 to 11. In other words, what data would you need to come up with demand generators (step 3) for your project? This is the same answer as your discussion post, if you used the same project. For step 12 explain how you would determine the feasibility of the project.

There is a wide variety of good answers and no 100% right data as long as you have enough support for each step.
