• It will be a quantitative inquiry using survey research. The instructor will provide you further details.
• The purpose of a Literature Review is to summarize what you have learned from an immersion in the research literature related to your problem statement. • The paper should be type written, 5 line-spaced, using 12-point size font times new roman, and should not exceed 18 pages(excluding cover page, references and appendices).

• APA style (6^th edition) must be followed.
