An anonymous call is received on the compliance hotline alleging that a close friend of yours, who is also a manager of a large department within the organization, has been observed stealing company property and allegedly selling it on eBay. What would you do?

2. GoodBones has run into some compliance issues in the last year, which is why you have been hired. After a long talk with top management, you realize you have a lot of work to do!

Discuss what your top priorities would be in terms of communicating a strong compliance-focused culture to the GoodBones employees. These priorities could be certain policies, training on certain topics, holding meetings for employees, etc. What format of communication do you think will be most effective (online sites, live discussions, etc.). Please be creative and use your own thoughts here, rather than doing research.
