Instructions: You are the lead project manager for an exercise to be held during a University Residency Weekend. You will be assigned to work with a group of students that you do not necessarily know personally but are within your current course. The weekend assignment will require you to complete a project that will consume most of the weekend and require the group to work closely. As lead project manager it is your responsibility to draft the initial version of the ground rules under which your project team will operate.
