• Use the case study writing sheet uploaded and make sure to follow the same format.
• Refer to attached chapter /coursebook.
• In attached textbook look at the case 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 analyze each and create a value chain analysis for each case.
• In your textbook look at the case 3.4 and 3.5 and analyze them basing your analysis on the four criteria of sustainability.
• Look at the section Learn from Mistakes of Twitter case study and analyze the case basing your analysis on what you have learned from your coursework and answer the discussion question of the case in the format of case study writing. Try basing your answers on a Value Chain Analysis (VCA), Resource Base View (RBV), Balance Scorecard Analysis, and Financial Ratio Analysis. Search for extra resources to support your answer to be able to answer the questions comprehensively. Use the following questions as the basis of your answer for extra guidance:
  • Why did Twitter go from an exciting, growing firm to a firm with a flat user base so quickly?
  • What could the firm have done to avoid this situation?
  • What options does the firm have to get back on a path to success?
