Learning reflections give you the opportunity to think about what you have read and written in this module, linking it to your own experience and prior learning. This exercise will help ensure that you are able to recall the information presented in this module at a later date and use it when completing assessments. For your learning reflections, “What did you learn in this module and why is it important?”
In addressing this question, please write from between 5-10 sentences. You do not have to cite any outside sources or use APA format. This is your opportunity to think through what the module has meant to you.
Your final project will be to develop a solution proposal for a problem you have encountered, are encountering, or anticipate encountering in your field or place of work. Solution proposals are great ways to present your problem, its impact on the organization, and to make a pitch to stakeholders to implement your solution.
Each portion of your solution proposal will be completed in specific modules of the course and will culminate in your final solution proposal and a presentation. For this assignment, you will be identifying a problem or issue that will be the foundation of your solution plan.
Scandura (2019) identifies some common outcome variables that are the focus of study in organizational behavior. These include performance variables, work-related attitudes, employee well-being, motivation, and employee withdrawal.

· Identify a problem, concern, or issue you have encountered, are currently encountering, or anticipate encountering in the workplace where you are currently employed or plan to seek employment from. Give a brief description of the problem, issue or concern.
· Identify the outcome variable (note, there may be several outcome variables for your specific problem). Explain why this outcome variable is applicable to your problem.
· State the direct effects the problem creates (be sure the effects are measurable).
· Identify every individual that is or could be impacted by the problem.
