I need help with a literature review about “Queue Line Management Systems” for a software development project.
Literature review going to be two parts, first part will be reviewing some articles about the subject, a list of articles will be provided to choose from, second part is reviewing some existing applications the provide a solution to the subject that is being reviewed (Queue Line Management System) – also these applications will be provided.
