Consulting proposal to be presented to the management of PK Village Stores LLC to prepare a Risk Assessment Report of their existing operations.
The proposal must contain the following elements:
Characterization of three potential risks that may cause extended disruption in the company’s operations.
Description of three or more possible mitigation measures for each of the risks identified above that, if implemented, could reduce exposure and/or impact.
Explanation of the methodology to be used to identify and assess risks and propose mitigation measures, if you are retained for this project.
Description of the deliverables to be summarized in the final risk assessment, should you be the chosen consultant.
