NURS 2100: Write about the shortage of nurses during covid and the impact of it.

Topic:Shortage of nursing during covid, Impact of it, Burnout nurses face (An year ago, we weren’t even able to find any info on this topic but now this is the only thing we can find.) Objective: To explore an aspect of nursing, form and support a thesis statement, as well as provide an assessment of formal argumentative writing skills. Process: Choose a topic that you are familiar with or interested in. You will have an opportunity to explore your topic during our library orientation.  This topic can encompass a specialty of nursing or an aspect of nursing. Examples: o The importance of family centered nursing care in the NICU, o Helping patients grieve, o The impact of stress on nursing, o The expanding role of Advanced Practice Nursing Specialties, o Military Nursing. Do not make it too broad or too narrow.  Conduct a literary search. You must use at least 5 sources. 4 of these sources must be from a professional peer reviewed nursing journal. One of these sources may be a non-nursing professional journal. Do not use a foreign journal.  The paper is not just a compilation of facts or a discussion of a topic. Your style of writing should be persuasive/augmentative with the goal of supporting a thesis statement  Submit final paper. Required length: 5-7 pages I need a draft of the whole paper by September 30th 3PM CT and the final draft has to be completed by 10AM October 08, 2021.
