Negotiations in Business Learning Assessment Report At the end of the semester, you will hand in a self-assessment of your negotiation skills based on the experience you have gained over the semester. You will be expected to describe your successes, your failures and what you learned from them, your negotiation strengths, as well as the skills you need to continue to develop. You must include a review of each negotiation, and provide details (include your planning sheet, describe what you and your partner did, etc.). As part of the report, you need to describe in detail one goal you have for improving your negotiation skills and how you will go about achieving that goal. Students are encouraged to take notes after every negotiation to help prepare this report.
