Motivation

The team proposals are to describe the Airbnb current innovation, management, motivation, and decision-making policies and practices, and to develop suggestions for improving them.

So, I am working on “motivation”. I will attach the example under. Please follow the example’s format.

Include at least one reference from the assigned chapters of the textbook that are relevant to the proposal. Also, in all of the proposals after the first one, include a brief statement about how you used instructor/TA feedback from the prior proposals to improve the current one. Write the proposal in a single, unified voice on behalf of the entire team, not in separate sections by individual team members. It is to be about how what you have done in the course informs your thoughts about what the chosen tech company’s current policies and practices are related to the topic under study and the team’s proposal for improving those policies and practices. All team members should participate roughly equally in the team’s research and writing of the proposals.
