module 12 discussion

In light of current events (George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Corey Jones, even the George Zimmerman Event years ago ETC.) develop or discuss a strategy to combat overt and/or covert mechanisms of institutional racism within criminal justice agencies and management personnel (police departments, the courts, corrections, etc). Simply put, how can the application of law and use of force be fairly applied as intended by the framers of our constitution.
