Milestone 3: Variable Analyses
Instructions
Go to Survey Documentation and Analysis (Links to an external site.) (SDA) on the General Social Survey (GSS) site. Use SDA to do the following:

Run a frequency analysis of your variables and briefly describe the results.
Run a crosstabulation with chi-square of your variables to answer your hypothesis. Write a brief description of the results.
Please include the tables and charts with your paper.

1. Research question: Does SES/income affect divorce rate?
2. Hypothesis: We hypothesize that lower SES/income is related to a higher divorce rate.
Independent Variable: SES/income
Dependent Variable: Divorce
