Lynn University chapters 9 and 10 Marketing Strategies Paper Do not attempt to do this assignment without first reading chapters 9/10 and chapter 11. Chapters 9 and 10 are now combined into one chapter, please look at the presentation for this chapter and the one for chapter 11 before working on this assignment.
Part 1. Look at the example of Johnny Walker global advertising campaign in the PowerPoint for the chapter and read the links on the slide. Just like that one, there are many well-crafted and executed international advertising campaigns. Research a successful international advertising/promotion campaign and discuss it, in about 500. Tell me about the creative strategy, the effectiveness of the message, the advertising appeal, the selling proposition, cultural considerations, and measurements of success.
Part 2. Research a major PR fiasco or scandal.
Describe what happened, how it was handled, and the final results (positive, negative, etc.).
Compare the handling of the crisis with the key actions recommended in chapter 9/10. Were any of those actions followed? If so, which ones? Should certain actions had been followed? If so, which one? Here are some links to some PR disaster to get you going but you have to search beyond these links to fully answer this part of the assignment.

Pick any three countries in different regions and for each one write down 5 unique/interesting concrete pieces of information on the chosen countries about distribution and sales channels, pricing considerations, trade promotion and advertising, selling factors , etc. (select a country and look at the section on “Selling US products and Services”). Here is the formatting with an example.
Country: Colombia
U.S. suppliers should be aware, that their ability to compete in Colombia could be hampered by unfair business practices such as contraband, counterfeiting, intellectual property rights violations, under-invoicing, money laundering, and dumping. If a company has specific concerns, it should check with the U.S. Commercial Service office in Bogotá. Source: https://www.trade.gov/knowledge-product/colombia-selling-factors-and-techniques
Law 80 of October 31, 1993, regulates purchases made and contracts entered into by the government and state industrial and commercial enterprises. Under that law, Colombian government contracting agencies must select contractors through a public competitive bidding process, typically found on Colombia Compra Eficiente’s website. There are a few exceptions to this rule, which are clearly established in Article 24 of Law 80. Source: https://www.trade.gov/knowledge-product/colombia-selling-government
