“You have identified several issues from Learning to Labour as well as several issues with educational in/equality in Canada. To strengthen your argument, I would like to see more direct engagement with course sources and more specific examples about the Canadian context. For example, you might draw from Weis and the Week 7 lecture to explain how de-industrialization since the 1970s has reduced employment for the kinds of jobs that the lads were looking forward to in Learning to Labour. You might bring in Rizvi to support your argument about racialization. Overall, a good attempt but I suggest you find specific examples from outside sources to support your claims.”
I guess my prof is more like the paper to be more interactive. and relate more to our course materials. so please read more readings and try to draw concepts from course readings Final Research Paper
