Abstract
The purpose of this project was to identify the implications of business intelligence on an
organization and the possible roles of the BI system. The travel agency is an organization that deals
with the movement of individuals from place to place for different purposes such as tourism,
immigration, and settlement. Business Intelligence is a top priory of its professionals. Big data has
contributed to the growth of the BI application market (Larson and Chang, 2016). BI is a
technologically supported procedure that transforms big data of firms and markets into
understandable knowledge concerning the objects, opportunities, and the levels of an organization.
BI applications used denoted software products used to perform the analytical process, such as
data mining of the clients. BI tools used were installed, configured, and used in the systematic
process of the project. The tools and software used in the project are critical essentials for the
decision-making approach, management, and in the decision-making process of the organization.
BI solutions entailed the collection of applications, including the IT infrastructure, OS, Integration
platform, and the organization networks used to capture and predict effective decision-making
processes for quality management.
The sample data collected for the project were organizational database units, and the analysis was
done using the Oracle Business Intelligent tool. The tool is a BI server developed to highly
scalable, effective, and parallelism to enable the BI value available to a wide range of clients across
the globe (Venkatasubramanian at el., 2019). The BI server was used to provide central data
accessibility and calculations, essentially providing a significant amount of reliable data that can
be accessed and used by anyone in the organization. The tools are available for any process that
uses client information, including queries, intelligent capabilities, financial reports, and interaction
production reporting (ADARSH, 2017). The platform provided varsity of data access, analysis,

delivery choices, and reports, which helped in providing the best quality management all in fully
integrated we environment. Access tools let organizations produce customary operational reports
or bolster high-volume cluster occupations like figuring and printing tickets (Miyasaka and Koike,
2017). They also shield end clients from the complexities of SQL and database structures by
embedding a meta-layer among clients and the database. These intended tools simple to-utilize,
are point-and-snap activities that either acknowledge SQL or create SQL database inquiries.
The team identified that the client data was not highly secured since some of the client data was
not encrypted within proper security software. Encryption was used to convert standard readable
text into a code like data that required the user to login in before getting access to the information
needed (Mäkinen et al., 2017). Symmetric encoding was for a small amount of data coding, and
when accessing the data, a single security key was required to unlock the data. Asymmetric key
encoding involved two coherent keys whereby, the two keys are interchangeable such that either
of the keys could descript the file.
The encoding was to provide tight security in accessing data preventing externally unauthorized
access. Through those safety measures, the company’s online services would provide relevant
details and respective responses, thus enhancing customer security services. Customer information
security from any external attack. Businesses comprehend the need to protect customer data from
random access. Therefore, a company with tight security is likely to improve its customer services
and improve its commercial production by attracting more customers. Having a strong network
with Travel Agency protection services highly configured would prevent easy access. for the case
of security attack, warning message sent to the IT managers and actions are taken immediately.
Regulatory requirements, for a business, to run effectively, measurements put
into place for consideration.

The results revealed that BI management quality had a favourable implication on the
organization’s data quality and the scope of BI solutions. The client data leaked was due to the
weak data encryption and monitoring procedure. The results displayed a path from BI management
quality to a better decision making strategy via the BI solutions and the Data quality, which
required proper quality management initiatives expressed in a practitioner context (Aljawarneh
and Yassein, 2018). It was found that robust and more comprehensive BI solutions were due to
Quality BI management.
BI frameworks are setting explicit and can impact hierarchical adequacy. Authoritative elements
to BI frameworks persuades this examination to contribute to BI frameworks by proposing a
hypothetical model and researching the interceding job of BI frameworks among different
hierarchical variables and authoritative viability.
