Improving Sales Essay so I’m having a group assignment and we pretending that we own fresh lemonade company and the company is having lack of sales and we had brainstorming session and as group we came up with ideas that will improve the sales. My I idea was similar to” toms shoes” which is one for one it means that if any one pay drink from our company we will donate clean water to people who are in need and you can do research about toms shoes and how did “one for one” help them to improve sales you can use it as an example. now I need to write research reports about haw is my idea is going to improve the sales it must be 3 pages plus bibliography

and pleas use more than 3 sources

PHASE I Packet of Assignments DUE: Friday 3/1. Please include all assignments
BELOW in one folder from the team. The folder should include a professional label
(typed) that indicates What you are submitting (Phase I Assignments); Who is submitting:
each team member’s first and last name and team name; When it is submitted -the due date
of material (3/1/19:
Research Reports: One report from EACH member of the group on any topic
deemed relevant by the group. This report should be a minimum 3 pages, double
spaced, plus a bibliography. This does not have to be in Research Paper format. It
should be titled: Research Report and include the topic and the student’s
name. It can be written in “first person”, essay style. In this document, each
student should describe information they have uncovered regarding their
topic. Each member’s research topic should be different, and topics should be
determined as a group, before the research is started. (Due on Friday March 1).
Please include all research Reports in a Phase I folder with all assignments
due.
Brainstorming Menting bagi yivup w. vonuuct and participate in the
brainstorming session during this phase. This meeting should happen an sore
research has been gathered. Team members should share information they found
with each other before this meeting. This meeting can take place during our weekly
in-class team meeting time period or outside class time. Research should be started
by team members before this brainstorming session.
Brainstorming Session Memos:
1. Memo FROM: the Team Leader TO: Team Members: regarding the
date and time of the Brainstorming session (This memo should also be
included in Phase I Folder)
2. Memos FROM: each Team Member TO the Team leader: Prior to the
brainstorming session, each team member will conduct preliminary
research (your full research report would not be complete at this
stage).Each team member, prior to the Brainstorming session, will write
down (in a memo) their ideas regarding the direction RFL should take, new
product ideas/keep existing products or not/the industry, etc.). These will
be discussed during the session. Team members will bring this memo to
the brainstorming session. Team leaders will collect memos and
include in the Phase I packet for submission on 3/1.
