HSEM 445 Business Continuity and Crisis Management

Imagine that you are the crisis management consultant for a major company that is going through a crisis. This crisis is going to hurt the company’s reputation and its client base if it is not managed quickly and effectively. How would you deal with the crisis using the information you have learned from the Crisis Management textbook and other resources? How would you deal with the media?

All of this information can be found in the textbook, but you also need to research a bit outside to determine what other steps/actions you can take to effectively mitigate a crisis.
