HRMT 440 Colorado Technical University Managing Organizational Change Paper (This is related to the last work you sent me … – it’s attached to this in case you don’t have it anymore :-)When managers/owners do not inform, train and prepare employees for change, in many ways it sets the employee up to fail. In your instance, you were having to wrap your mind around the change AND deal with your customers’ reactions as well. That is a lot of pressure! The result of that is that employees become discouraged, annoyed, resentful, and even angry, to have been put in such a position. 1) How would you have rolled this change out if you had been in charge? 2) What do you think would have been the first one or two fundamental steps or actions that should have been taken to introduce and implement this change?
