Employment testing assignment

Do research on a Canadian employer that is using a test as part of a selection process. Powerpoint slides have been sent to you which talks about different types of tests. You have two pick one of them and talk about which Canadian employer or company uses it

Write a report including the following:

a. A description of the test. What does it measure? What does it predict of job performance?(Do some research about job predictors)

b. A description of how it is used by the employer. Where does it fit in the selection process? Is it used as a knockout test?

c. Comment on its-
Reliability+Validity. Is there research to support the instrument

d. Discuss whether you would support its continued use by the employer.
