DeVry University Influential Female Figures in History or Culture Discussion Welcome to the course! Online learning works best when we can create a learning community. One of the ways we will do that is through the discussion board. Let’s introduce ourselves to each other through a conversation that tries to create an overview of the arc of women in history.

For this first discussion:

Introduce yourself briefly to the class community (such as name, course of study, years at …), then
List three important events related to women in history and/or influential female figures in history or culture, and
Explain how you believe these events and/or people contribute to our understanding about women in history and culture.
