 The use of this kind of manipulation during interrogation is a
highly controversial topic

 Societies have to fundamentally decide
what their approach should be:
rehabilitation or punishment?
 Aggressive interrogation tactics or lenient
interrogation tactics?
 Guilty people might fall through the cracks
 But there’s a chance of incarcerating innocent
people
