Car class in the order of the steps below:
1. The test driver shall use the default constructor twice,
to create 2 test objects.
2. The test driver shall use the toString() method to print
out each object.
3. The test driver shall contain a static method setCar that
has the following parameters (String brand, String
model, int year, Car c) It resets the object’s values.
4. Use the static method setCar on both objects.
5. Repeat step 2 above.

