Which are the top 6 states with the highest rates of student loan delinquencies for last year? Which state is the highest?Create a new bar graph with the highest 6 states for every 3 years going as far back as the data will let you (i.e 2018, 2015, 2013, 2010, etc). Which state is the highest?
