Recall that the purpose of the assignment is to analyze the contribution a variety of different ingredients make to the recommended intakes of essential nutrients.

What does diversity in the diet look like? What does diversity have to do with nutrient density? State at the end of your introduction the objectives of your report. Be specific.

(a.) Main Body. The main body will contain your analysis of the data generated from the PDF given. You

are expected to generate a SpreadSheet Report, Bar Graph Report, and Single Nutrient Report to properly

evaluate the nutrient intake for the day.

(b.) The purpose of the main body is to discuss your analysis of the reports and the information that you chose to present in

your figures/tables. I expect this synthesis to cover information from the video lessons of this course and the required

readings. I also expect it to be well organized and to relate explicitly to the stated objectives.

(c.) Next, what can you add to this day (e.g. as breakfast, snacks, and/or side dish for the dinner), to increase the number of

calories and come closer to the recommended intakes for certain essential nutrients? Explain and defend your choices.
