An investigation of the change in FDI trends in the Baltic Nations pre and post EU membership

Please find attached proposal of the dissertation. It should be used as starting point for project.

Objectives of the work are:

1. Critically review the motivations for firms to undertake international trade
2. Evaluate the methods used by firms to conduct international trade
3. Evaluate the drivers for FDI used by firms
4. Analyse the sources of FDI in the Baltic Nations
5. Analyse the industrial sectors attracting FDI in the Baltic Nations.

(Baltic countries are Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia)
