Assignment Details
Describe the following list of poor health situations and lifestyle choices in detail. Additionally, note the dietary components (food, drinks, nutritional elements) that are discouraged or prohibited in that lifestyle and the dietary components that are encouraged for each lifestyle.

Diabetic
Heart disease (including the maladies of high blood pressure, fatty heart, high cholesterol)
Vegetarian
Vegan

Often, a person’s diet is influenced by lifestyle choices based on the pursuit of better health or choices that can lead to the incidence of disease or poor health. However, an often-cited reason that many Americans fall into poor health conditions is the lack of awareness and education on which dietary choices lead to such conditions. Additionally, lifestyle choices in pursuit of better health based around diet have never been more widespread in America than today.
