Conduct an Internet search and find three to five products that are advertised as increasing various abilities in infants (under the age of 1 year).
Start by evaluating these objects. In a blank document, answer the following questions.
What are the names and websites of the objects you found?
What does each claim to do?
Given what you know about child development, how likely do you think infants using these objects will achieve the desired result? Use your textbook to support your reasoning (and don’t forget to cite it).
Now, you will improve on one of these products or design your own product aimed at increasing motor development in a newborn or an infant (again, under 1 year of age). To do so, you want to critically examine the characteristics of infant motor development and figure out how they can be supported or enhanced. On a separate page in the same document, design a one-page ad for your product. Make sure it contains the following:
The product name.
A brief description of the product.
A catchy slogan for your product that would summarize its features.
The area(s) of development that are enhanced or supported by this product.
Your reasoning for how this product will facilitate development.
If you feel your ad is too crowded, you can choose to address sections d. and e. at the end of your product evaluations from part 2. Try to make your ad visually appealing; however, you are not going to be graded on your graphic design skills; rather, you will be graded on the content within the ad.
Your response should be about 300 words in total.
