Advert that displays a stereotype

For this assignment you will find an advert that displays a stereotype of some kind (gender, racial, ethnic, etc.) and analyze why it is stereotypical. Then you will recreate the advertisement, and make it not stereotypical. So in the document there should be 2 advertisements and 2 explanations.

Advertisement 1:
-Found online somewhere that displays a stereotype. (SCHOOL APPROPRIATE)
-Analyze what about it is stereotypical and why it is effective or not effective as an advertisement.
-Analyze the angles, shots, etc. (camera techniques).

Advertisement 2:
-You recreate the first advertisement, but make it NOT perpetuate a stereotype.
-Analyze what about it defeats and breaks down the stereotype. Explain what about it is not stereotypical, and explain why it would be an effective advertisement that would grab people’s attention.
