Scenario: The president of Global Hotel has begun receiving calls and emails from around the U.S. regarding the current regional GM who was promoted to GM North America from his home country of Japan where he was a senior country GM. The complaints are that his style is not fitting the personnel, and staff are being pushed to work too many hours. As a result, staff are beginning to leave the organization, especially contracted hourly employees and consultants.
