Identify two literary theories that can be applied to one or both stories assigned this week. In a sentence or two, define each theory you’ve chosen. Then, provide a thorough explanation of how these theories can be used to aid interpretation of both selections. What can these theories help us see about a work that we might otherwise have missed?
