1st and 2nd post need to be specific (your specific opinion or your specific ideas or your specific experience or specific examples from other countries ). If vague and very general, minus 2 points. The question I choose is ‘Can stress affect the academic performance and
increase the risk for development of diseases?’.
In my opinion, the answer for this question is definitely yes. Since I am a junior
right now, I have to face the stress from graduating and job seeking. All these
stressor makes me feel anxiety. These are also the major reasons that I can not
focus and put all my efforts into study and causing a negative influence on my
grade. Sometimes I feel that I am just not in that mood for studying, I have too
many things to worry about. According to one of the article I read recently, the
rate of student have depressive disorder has increased. This also, explains that
stress do increase the risk of deceases. For me, I do suffer from bad sleep when
I am having stress, when I close my eyes try to get some sleep, all these things
just flash in my head and I start to think about how should I solve these
problems, mostly, no solution will come up in my mind, so I repeat this process
over and over. As a result, the problem is still not solved and I had a headache.
