I was born on December 2000 in a small town of Vietnam called Dong Nai. I’m going to
tell you some interesting experiences during my childhood, high school, and now. I still
remember a lot of wonderful and crazy stories when I was a kid. There was a time when I hang
out with my friends to the park near to my house. My friend got into an accident which caused
him a serious injury while we were playing soccer. He got hit by a motorcycle when he tried to
catch the ball out of the road. His hand was broken and we couldn’t play soccer anymore.
When I went to high school, I almost forgot about hangout at the park. I had new friends at
school and other places. I started to play video games on the computer and learning how to drive
the motorcycle. That was really cool for me, however, bad things keep happening. I spent most
of my time on video games, as a result, my grade went down and I got in a big trouble with my
parents. My mom started to warn me and won’t let me play video games for a month. She said
she will give me back the games if I can make a better grade at school. She also restricted my
play time, I could play video games but only one in a half hour per day. Later on, I learned how
to drive motorcycle and I got in an accident. A car pulled out in front of me and I couldn’t stop
on time. I fell off my motorcycle, I really don’t know what happened after that. At that moment,
I thought I was going to die, I was so scared because I didn’t want to end up my life that way.
My bike was most likely totaled, I went to the hospital and had to stay there for three weeks.
After the accident, I was afraid of driving. I tried to get over my fear and learned to drive again. I
learned from those mistakes that I have made, and I’m proud of myself because I didn’t give up
on driving.
I also want to share a sad story that just happened few months ago. My brother died in a car
crash, they took him to three different hospitals but no one could save his life. I lost him forever,
my other half just disappeared and I still can’t believe that he is gone. I didn’t get a chance to say
goodbye to him. Life is short, my uncle got stomach cancer, the doctor said that he could live
about two or three months. He has lost so much weight because he can’t eat, his health is only
getting weaker with a lot of pain and discomfort. He passed away after three months fighting
against cancer. These are my sadness memories, I have no ideas of what happened because I
know life is no longer taking for granted. More than a story, it’s the learning experiences, the
lesson that I will never forget throughout of my life.
