For this essay, you will explain how two of the pieces we’ve read so far this semester converse with each other about a similar topic or theme. This will first involve identifying the primary connection you see between the two essays, which you will assert as a thesis.

Your task then is to support your argument by analyzing the two texts, in order to explain more fully how each of them develops the topic or theme you have identified.
