From the book: “A sticky idea is understood, it’s remembered, and it changes something.

Sticky ideas of all kinds…have six traits in common. If you make use of these traits in your communication, you’ll make your ideas stickier. (You don’t need all 6 to have a sticky idea, but it’s fair to say the more, the better!)”

In other words, you don’t necessarily need to use all six traits. I’ll be holistically evaluating your message for its stickiness. But if you don’t use any of the six then you will lose points.

Your Plan/vision (Is your plan/vision “implementable”? )

This is not a strategy class. I won’t be analyzing the financial and operational minutiae of your plan. I will be looking to make sure it’s not something like “In order to increase motivation we’ll be doubling everyone’s pay, and we will now be producing pet costumes instead of laptops.” That will get everyone’s attention, but it’s not viable.
