SNHU The Definition of Ethnorelativism Communication Essay I have finished a draft of my paper, and my professor gave me some feedback to revise, I just need revise my original paper and add some new parts, do not write a new one, thank you.
Feedback from my Professor,
Your reflections are great and you are showing good insight and analysis. I love love your subheadings. They make the paper readable and easy.
The definition of ethnorelativism should have been from an academic source, even our own assigned book. After that you put your own definition. But stating the ‘is used to define’ – is inaccurate. Used to define by whom? you need a citation. Also, you in the Jandt reference, the book title needs to be italicized. Not sure why you italicized a part of it but not all of it.
Reflection: Ethnorelativism and Cultural Competency: While you have defined it according to your understanding of it, ethnorelativism should have been defined with a credible source.
Reflection: Sensitivity Issues: You are showing great cultural sensitivity. Good job.
Sources/Citations: Minor error in citations.
Articulation of Response: Well-written paper with good organization and flow. Good job. COM 320 Final Project II Guidelines and Rubric
Overview
For the final project, you will take the role of a communications consultant preparing for an interview. The final project will consist of two components: a media
analysis and recommendations (Final Project I), in which you will make recommendations to media makers about how to adjust your messaging to reflect
cultural competence, and a professional reflection (Final Project II), in which you will consider how your own views about intercultural communication have
developed throughout the course. This document contains the prompt, guidelines, and rubric for Final Project II.
Successful communication professionals exhibit cultural awareness and self-reflection, and they are interculturally sensitive when communicating with others. In
the second component of your final project, you will complete a reflection in which you consider how your own views about intercultural communication have
developed throughout this course.
Final Project II has one milestone, which will be submitted in Module Five to scaffold learning and ensure a quality final submission. The final product will be
submitted in Module Eight.
In this assignment, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following course outcomes:
