Observation visit:
This report is a reflection on the experience the student has encountered during the observation visit that has been agreed. A minimum of 8 hours placement is to be performed, which must include shadowing, involvement on the pitch or desk/administration work related to a sport sector. The report should contain the following rubrics:
General information:Details on the sport, the venue, team, dates, the main coach, etc.
Objective of the visit:
State the agreed objective of the visit in agreement with the tutor and the hostMain section
Tasks completed (Visit tasks:
2.1. Observation phase : during the first 3 weeks, observation and evaluation/critique of the applied training plan. Report was required
2.2. Operational phase : during the last 3 weeks, Proposal of your training plan (macrocycle, mesocycles and microcycles with operational objective of each training session), preparation and training of minimum 6 training sessions(each session = 1 hour) Training plan + minimum 6 training session sheets

Student should reflect on an entire training session that has he/she attended (in other word: session evaluation) The session has to be a minimum of 1 hour long and includes the following sections:

Participants, Sport, etc

Objective of the training session vs the training plan / microcycle

Core of the session
Warm-up (if applicable)
Progression of the core session (detail and objective of each exercise situation) Cool down (if applicable)

Reflection

Do you agree on all session’s parts? What worked well and what didn’t work? How could you make it better? Do you think the objective of the sessions has met with the situations/exercises performed by the athletes?
(Critical analyses and synthesis of findings/evidence in relation to the justification of the training program)
