1. Knowledge Management:
Knowledge management is known in many ways. First, the tools are techniques and strategies that
retain business experiences, analysis, organization, improvement and participation.
From the above we conclude that knowledge management is the systematic management of
knowledge access in the institution for the purpose of evaluation and meeting technological and
strategic requirements. It consists of initiatives, processes, strategies and systems that start and
cannot be stored, evaluated, and shared, and knowledge formation
2. Organizational learning
It is a process in which knowledge is preserved and transmitted within the organization and the
organization’s performance.
It improves when the experience is gained and thus the knowledge will be broad and cover any topic
that benefits.
The learning
is a process in which the organization expands through which its business group
focuses on how to acquire and distribute knowledge
Relationship between Individual and Organizational Learning:
Organizational learning has been depicted through five measurements (lucidity of direction and
mission, responsibility to authority and strengthening, move of information, experimentation and
prizes, collaboration and aggregate critical thinking).
Learning is a variable that intercedes the connection between singular learning and every one of the

depend on his whereabouts or even on the people who met each other.

Communities and organizational memory
Social memory is the maintenance of experience, information, data and information about occasions
