XXXXXXXXXXX COMPANY BUSINESS PLAN COUSERT
3
NOTE: The One Year Financial Summary EXPLANATION-Per Month section requires you to
Explain separately EACH AND EVERY MONTH, (For example in the first month, you will
EXPLAIN Month 1 Estimated Revenue, Month 1 Estimated Expenses, and Month 1 Projected
Balance. Separately, then you would next Explain Month 2 Estimated Revenue, Month 2 Estimated
Expenses, and Month 2 Projected Balance. Each and every month , separately, through the entire
Month 1 through Month 12 you will do the same thing!!!), discussing how you derived the estimated
Revenue, estimated Expenses, and projected Balance for that specific month.
IT IS RARE (Except for the month or two where the Revenue is likely to be zero ($0) that the
amounts will be the same each month. Explanations and Amounts cannot be pooled (DO NOT DO
THIS!!!!!=> The Revenue for Month, 3, Month 4, and Month 5 will be $xx). Each months Revenue,
Expenses, and Balance MUST be EXPLAINED Separately. NOTE: Use the terms estimated or
projected before Revenue, Expenses, and Balance Also NOTE:::> An EXAMPLE of the core
of the explanation for Month 1 and Month 2 follows! [NOTE that every month the estimated Revenue,
estimated Expenses, and projected Balance will very likely be different (for example, utility costs will
not be on a Budget Program so will likely be different based on the season and building usage).
Other than Revenue being zero the first two or maybe three months, it will likely demonstrate
little effort was put in by you if in analyzing each months estimated Revenue, or estimated Expenses,
and/or projected Balances will be the same).]
