“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.”

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Leadership is a complex topic. What does it mean to be a good leader? How do good leaders know when to lead and when to step back? What is the difference between seeking power and being an effective leader?

Considering everything we discussed, think of someone you regard as a true leader and prepare a poster highlighting his/her most important achievements and showing why you think this person is a great leader.

(You can use any free software for the creation of our poster. You can visit this site to know more about poster planning and preparation: https://researchguides.library.tufts.edu/c.php?g=344931&p=4823366)

(Your text should be 350 to 400 words)

Make sure to use your own words (DO NOT COPY PASTE FROM THE BOOK OR THE SLIDES)
