How do international tourists recognize and perceive different types of city hosts in the city of Amsterdam

I am writing a hospitality-related thesis. An initial literature review is needed for plan of the approach of this thesis. The main topic of the research is How do international tourists recognize and perceive different types of city hosts (initiatives) in the city of Amsterdam. Main current initiatives are considered as following: Welkom team Amsterdam, House of Hospitality, Amsterdam & Partners, Koninklijke Horeca Nederland, GVB-service team Vervoer and police.
Main topics for literature review I’d include theory about the functions of uniform clothing with regards to the perception of people. Related this to authority, hospitality etc. What are the main factors which have an effect on the first interactions of tourists with city hosts. I would be happy to provide any extra information.
