Company Overview

Mission

[This section should include a new mission statement. The mission should include at least 6 components of a good mission statement as discussed in the lecture (i.e., customers, products or services, markets, technology, sustainability, philosophy, self-concept, concern for employees.)]

Values

[This section should include your company’s new core values. There should be between 3 and 5 values listed with a description of each value. Values are based on what is important for your company and explain how you want those in your company to act/behave with various stakeholders.]

Sustainability: People, Profit, Planet

[This section should include a description on how your company will achieve sustainability in all 3 areas (people, profit, and planet). Your description should explain how your company plans to invest in its people (i.e., employees) and the community, how your company will grow profits year over year, and how your company will work to reduce its environmental impact.]
