Choose a modern adaptation of a folk tale that was included in the Grimms’ collection Kinder-und Hausmärchen (Children’s Household Tales), and discuss how thetwo versions differ, and what significance these differences have. You can use “The Frog Prince” (or “The Frog King”) and Scieszka’sThe Frog Prince, Continued, or any other suitable pairing.
