Now is your opportunity to think creatively and design a discussion board that you think would enhance student engagement in an online experience.
(a) The discussion board must align with one of our weekly themes (refer to the syllabus). State the theme/Week of your discussion board (1 point).
(b) Provide the link to at least one video or free online resource/website/activity that has not been used in the course. Provide a brief description of why you selected the video or resource (2 points).
(c) Create two questions that will have students engaging in your discussion board make connections between the online resource or video and the readings from the week (4 points).
(d) Provide an example of an ideal or “full point” initial post. The length for this part should be the same length as a typical initial post for a discussion board. In other words, write a post answering your own questions (8 points).
