Introduction
The current global market is experiencing an increasing demand for high-quality, Mobitel
similar phones. While many people around the world require user-friendly innovative designs,
they are constrained by high prices placed on the brand. The project aims to develop a mobile
device with the same innovative concept and provide it at a relatively lower price reaching up to
50% of the original mobitel product.
Project Objectives
The project will focus on various features including multi-touch, screen size as well as the
phone’s processor. The aim is to complete the project within the next six months ending January
12th, 2021. The initial stages of the development have been completed, thus leaving the rest of the
process to be completed in the allocated time.
Measures of Success
Given the fact that the product will be availed at relatively lower prices, it will attract many
customers. In this case, the first measure of success will be evaluating the sales of the new product
to determine its success in the market. The project will see a shift of customers from other brands
like Samsung and iPhone if they are satisfied with the high-quality mobile device offered at a lower
price.
Assumptions and Constraints
According to the conducted research, 20% of Mobitel users prefer having a similar product
at a lower price, While the users appreciate the new screen size and CPU, they may likely disregard
the other features since the product is offered at an affordable price. The challenge is to complete
the product hardware and implementation that are planned to finish by September 2020.

Preliminary Requirements
Market campaign plans should target both android and Mobitel customers. The aim to offer
features found in androids and mobitel on the same device and at a lower price. The OS user
interface should align with the UI software of the original Mobitel. The hardware features should
meet the expectations of Mobitel users that include high-resolution screens, multi-touch devices,
and stability.

suppliers.

The stakeholders to be satisfied in this project include customers, shareholders, senior
executives, c, and lenders. In this case, satisfying these stakeholders will ensure their support,
thus promoting the brand’s growth.

The stakeholders to be inform3d about the project’s progress will include key advisors,
the public, the press, customers, and trade associations. In this case, the mentioned parties will
act as ambassadors of the brand.
Monitor
The company’s employees and suppliers will be monitored to ensure they assist the
brand in meeting its expectations. In this case, suppliers will be monitored to ensure the timely
delivery of materials and components for accomplishing the project.

Plans to Manage Stakeholders
The stakeholders will be managed by building an understanding to allow for the availability
of resources that will guarantee the project’s success. In this case, any plans regarding the project
will be communicated to the stakeholders.
Reflection
The most challenging aspect of preparing the project charter was making plans to manage
stakeholders. In this case, it is difficult to meet the expectations of every stakeholder. Thus,
developing a framework for managing stakeholders posed a challenge in the making of the project.
