For this Discussion Board assignment, I want you to review the sample email message included in our textbook on p. 382. There are really two emails here: an initial email from Jessi Jensen at the top and a response from Kelly at the bottom.
As you read, consider these questions:
1) How effectively have these writers stated their purposes for writing?
2) How effectively do they project the “you attitude” explained on p. 365?
3) How effectively have they made their messages easy to read?
Compose a response that touches on at least two of these questions and then offer a couple of suggestions for improvement. At least 250 words total, please.
Reply to two of your classmates, offer tips on effective email messages that they can use when working on their draft of the memo assignment. Look to the email correspondence in the text (p. 382) to create ideas that would help someone constructing an email.
For your initial post, do the following:

Write a post of 250 words (1 paragraph), fully responding to the prompt. One paragraph is considered to be five or more sentences.
Your initial post must be submitted by Thursday, 3/5/20, by 11:59pmEST.
Consider content from other parts of the course where appropriate. Support your answer with relevant resources. Please use APA format to cite your sources. Be sure to cite all sources, including the text. I expect to see at least one citation.
