Hi Class,

A system analyst is one that has a greater focus on the creation and implementation of requirements specific for a specific system with a more technical approach to the work that they do (Business & Management, 2016). With that being said, one characteristic that a successful system analyst needs to have is efficient planning and execution. A system analyst has to come up with a plan of how the products would look like and chalk out the deliverables (Top Four Skills Required in a Systems Analyst, 2013). From there the system analyst would have to analyze a way of applying a solution that has been made upon. Therefore, this is an important skill to have because, without it, the project can miss some aspects and it is the system analyst’s job to make sure that every requirement is met.
