Assignment Description
For this assignment, reflect on how language is used in your organization to frame issues and manage performance. Respond to the following:
• Explain if the communication process is co-creational or controlled and dominated by those with power in the workplace.
• Assess how personal language is used to manage meaning and performance in the workplace.
• Articulate personal development areas to enhance communication and inclusionary leadership practices. What do you need to do to master dialogue and facilitate shared meaning and solutions?
Your reflection should be written coherently to support a central idea, with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics as expected of a business professional.
