ONE of the four stories I assigned you to read this week. If you do

Deconstruct the story in terms of i) conflict, ii) crisis/turning point/climax and iii) resolution.
2. Mention TWO of the literary techniques/tools (e.g. point of view,
voice, style, setting, characterization/character development, use of
specific detail, balancing scene/summary, backstory, subtext) that the
author employs to accomplish a successful and memorable story. Back up
your comments with quotations from the text.
